Biased, not science-based. Clearly, this site has an anti-vacci nation agenda and promulgates it's views by using misleading information. This site promotes dangerous beliefs.

Just a thought, but I think the negative ratings are from people who may have a certain perspective about patient rights and informed consent that does not allow for someone to ask questions about the safety or efficacy of vaccinations. Exercising one's own critical thinking and simply asking if a vaccine is effective or safe without blindly accepting it as true is somehow bad. My opinion is biased insofar as I don't simply accept the established medical and government positions regarding vaccine safety when there's evidence to the contrary and many unanswered questions.

Site is helping spread information about government over stepping their authority and trying to force parents into giving chemical laden vaccines to children.

I found the information presented on this site to be accurate and borne out by the information available on the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention web site for reporting adverse vaccine reactions. That web site is ***** aka VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System).

I wish people would stop using WOT for immature, childish reasons. WOT is to warn others of malware, spammers, or being inappropriate for children. This site is none of those! Come on people, GROW UP!!! Hate speech.... really????

It's a very respectable organization

ALL negative comments here were written by big pharma sheeple. But everyone deserve to know that vaccines kill babies and turn healthy teens into homosexuals! That's the truth the bigh pharma & Bill Gates don't want you to know!!!! iT'S CALLED DEPOPULATION -WAKE UP SHEEPLE!!!

Anti-vaccination site. I really don't understand all the furor, since the whole paranoid movement seems to be on its way out. I couldn't find anything hateful or discriminatory. I think there was a bit of projection there, or else it was tacked on to push the envelope (as if "misleading claims or unethical" isn't enough to set off red lights for people, it has to be "hate" as well?). Regardless, the site has been successfully discredited, (properly so, I believe), as the movement at large seems to have been. Couldn't find any viruses or explicit images.

Excellent resource for vaccine information. Solid research from reputable sources.

Misleading claims or unethical. It's called the National Vaccine Information Center, but it's not a Federal agency; it doesn't support vaccination; and it provides misinformation. Users could fail to protect their children from fatal illnesses. Children could die.

Good Site!! Very Informative!! Don't pay attention to the false allegations/opinions of the "Big Pharma" Trolls. This Site's Disclaimer: NVIC is dedicated to the prevention of vaccine injuries and death through public education and to defending the informed consent ethic. As an independent clearinghouse for information on diseases and vaccines, NVIC does not promote the use of vaccines and does not advise against the use of vaccines. NVIC does not offer medical advice and supports the availability of all preventive health care options, including vaccination, and the right of consumers to make educated, voluntary health care choices. Nuff said!! I think this site should be green, instead of red.

Dangerous site that pushes an anti-public-health agenda. Do not trust the information you read on here.

It is VERY IMPORTANT to provide information on both sides of controversial issues, especially where there is a potential conflict of interest. There is way too much "political correctness" these days and desperate attempts to silence the "other side" of many claims. Too often folks who have legitimate concerns about any given issue are branded as unscientific while those posing as "scientists" are really just pushing their philosophical notions and not real facts.

NVIC is flat-out crazy. Full of the very worst anti-science, anti-vaccine propaganda, its a bizarre mix of conspiracy theories & lies. It is anti-evidence, anti-health and anti-child. It's a menace to public health and safety. Anyone who takes this weird, wacky, woo-filled website's "information" seriously is not just misguided, they are in need of professional help. I've rated it as "Hate, discrimination" because it repeats the most disgusting of all anti-vaccine lies: They claim that Shaken Baby Syndrome is caused by vaccines! No, damn you, you filthy lying scum! SBS is caused by child abusers who beat, shake, and torture defenceless infants, and your obscene lies are giving an out to criminals who deserve to rot in jail for their crimes

Very informative. This site does not attempt to push an agenda or try to shape your opinion. It simply presents solid facts, statistics, and helpful resources for you to conduct your own research.

This site uses reputable sources to back up its facts (scientific, not pseudoscience) and is there to help parents make the decision to vaccinate their children or not. I vaccinate but like to know the facts and just because you don't like giving others the freedom to choose what medical treatments their children receive is no valid reason to mark this site unsafe. I haven't found one stitch of information on here that was false and not backed up by science. Please read your vaccine disclaimers too and you will find the drug companies even tell you this because it's required by law.

Fisher could have done so much good with her position but she went down the quackery/conspiracy route; very disappointing. You will not find reliable evidence about vaccination on this site. Ethical issue and child safety flagged because this site is a danger to public health.

There is a definite pattern of using negative ratings to politically suppress ideas and opinions which do not meet dictated - but covert - standards for acceptable opinions for public consumption. WoT itself is being subverted by another kind of malware operation. And yes, I have made my own lists and collections which tend to confirm the general sense of ideas dealt with here.

Most of the information about vaccines from the public health sector comes from people with serious ethical issues (i.e., conflicts of interest). There is a revolving door between the FDA and the pharmaceutical industry. Many FDA officials and advisory board members are former or current board members of the companies they are supposed to oversee. The NVIC attempts to provide another perspective about vaccines, and I applaud them for it, since the FDA, the Institute of Medicine, the CDC, etc., are by no means unbiased. I would rather be presented with both sides of the issue than only one side. It's not that difficult to determine if information is bad science or pseudoscience.

I just feel sorry for this people. Please get your children vaccinated.
