Not particularly trust worthy, but otherwise a good company.
Reason:
Sent an iPhone 3GS in for repair, sent to repair centre for 'under warranty' repair. Problem was a loose silence button switch (common). They claimed my phone was water damaged and asked for £140.00.
I declined, had it sent back. Inspected it myself, had it checked by an Apple franchise store then an Apple store, both said there was absolutely no evidence of water damage and I had been lied to. Apple replaced the phone for free in store.
O2 contacted me regarding a complaint I filed. Months later, still no word about the conclusions of their internal investigation. No renumeration for time wasted, or promise they will not do the same to other customers.
Thankfully there are other network providers to choose from.
