Is octoink.co.uk Safe?

Absolutely great service. My Epson Printer refused to continue working as the Waste Ink Pads were full. I needed to replace the waste ink pads and reset the waste counter on the printer. Ordered both the pads and a licence key to reset the counter from Octoinks on Monday. Arrived today (wednesday) , followed the very clear instructions , downloaded the software utility and then inserted my licence key and printer is now working perfectly again. The reset itself took mere minutes, once I had replaced the ink pads in the machine. There is guidance provided on how to replace the ink pads before the reset and they look fine, but they are generic - and I had previously googled on You Tube for a video to show me how to do that on my specific printer model, so can't comment on Octoink's instructions, but very happy with purchase. Very impressed

Very quick and helpful in responding to questions, guiding me to the right starter pack to use. Fast delivery. Excellent results printing with the inks. The online videos detail the process of getting ready for and using the materials. Will definitely purchase again from OctoInkjet. Keep up the fabulous work!
