Is oneopinion.com Safe?

I have cashed out multiple times on this account, The ONLY TWO complaints that I have about it is once you get close to the cash out point, I would complete a survey and NEVER be given the points. I would have to send an email saying I did not receive my points for this survey. MOST of the time, they WOULD issue the points BUT there is one rep that IF he receives your email he will NOT issue the points. I have been taking pictures of each and every survey so that when I email them, they can see the points. The second complaint is: I took a 2 part survey. I was given 2000 points for the first part. The second part stated once you completed it, you would receive $30.00. I have YET to receive my $30.00. I was told I would receive it in 3 to 5 days then it was 10 to 12 days, and the latest being 3 to 4 weeks. Well, the 4 week mark is coming up in 2 days. I want to see WHAT the excuse will be THIS TIME. MAYBE thiis time it will be 6months to a year??

I participated in 44 surveys. I was disqualified for 37 of them. That means I was "rewarded" for 7 surveys, which added up to $10.00, the minimum cashout is $25. I was disqualified one survey after another for 3 weeks. I finally gave up, realizing it's just a scam. You will qualify in the beginning, but that wil end and you will never get to the $25 payout minimum. It seems very much like it is planned that way.
