They want your credit card details just to sign up. They charge authors extortionate amounts for reviews that never get seen outside of onlinebookclub. most reviewers get paid nothing because as soon as they have made enough reviews to earn money they get banned for no good reason and the owners are rude and abusive to the public. They are run out of Panama to avoid tax and accountability.
