This site and its offered VPN clients are safe and functional, but the OpenVPN GUI (not the paid PrivateTunnel service) is not recommended for computer novices, as it requires them to go through countless manual setup procedures for each individual VPN they want to connect to. One wrong move could result in a permanent, unwanted system modification that isn't curable unless you go through system restore.

Extremely hard to use and obscure software, doesn't even work right! Hamachi is far better. Also fucked my computer up; made my laptop get errors regarding OpenSSL.

Great site, excellent product, and I'm all about the IRC tech support. You know you have found a good internet company when instead of hiding behind a forum and being condescending to anyone who asks a question, they are actually willing to do live tech support and take feedback on their work directly.
