No point marking spammers down for "Vendor Reliability", "Child Safety" and even "Privacy" when they're just spammers! I know you hate spam, but calling a bad site out for the wrong reasons, only REDUCES the effectiveness of the WOT system. Making harder work for anyone wanting to trust WOT statistics. It's just like marking that annoying ex-friend of yours's emails for spam, when they're not actually spamming you. Don't do it - use another tool.

How can you trust an organisation with your medical records when they steal email addresses and do not honor removal requests ?
