The Premium superscription is very expensive. There are no Technical support at all. The bandwidth limit is 15GB for 3 days which is very low. I can't download anything for the last two weeks and the support is not responding to my emails. This is my message to them:
"Hello
I'm a premium user and i can't download anything. The site is kept given me this message "Expired session" and after trying few more times its well take me to download link after consuming my bandwidth for every click or try. When I press the download link my browser would give me this message "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to globe.oron.com". I tried with other browsers and even used a VPN server but I can't download anything yet. Please resolve my problem.

To use free service you have to wait certain amount of hours.

This provider is known for its bad customer service. Often the traffic is not calculated as it should, you directly end up in a PayPal subscription (Watch Out!!!) and the D/L speed is not comparable to MU or RS. All in all it seems like another cheap knockoff which makes its money mainly with illegal content.

They are terrible. They allow people to download the first few gigabytes with some obstacles, like waiting a few hours. But then, they do everything to milk every last penny out of you; they make up arbitrary limits, constantly moving the goal posts.
I'd avoid them like the plague. They're deceptive

This is one if not the worst and most crap downloader there is that I have ever found on the net.
Has no free user area anymore its a cone timer never goes done it even starts and its over 3 hrs for each download even when did once.
Dame hate this downloader.

I don't like this down-loader for one reason it takes around and hour to download each episode from them.
Speed of download are not so bad if can get them to start.

DL is far below 15GB!
This was my first and last 50 $.

Totally crap for premium. Slow download speed, suddenly download drops and can't continue. It says 7000 MB left to download, and suddenly my limit is reached when i haven't even finished downloading 1000 MB file! (no, i'm not even using wireless and NOT downloading any other files).
Only good thing might be support is fast, but again all they say is simply server is bad right now, try later. !!!

DL Limit is mentioned (FAQ), but each download counts in its entirety, even if it is stopped right at the beginning
