Is otaku-streamers.com Safe?

As far as content goes they have an excellent selection and you can choose from 4 or 5 streaming sites. That's the good, The bad is that this site just became unsafe, after having used it for a couple of weeks. I felt it was safe, even though it kept making pop-up windows that had Google's name on them, my ad-blocker stopped them. However today as I was watching a video, there appeared a pop-up that said notification, and even though the pop-up had deny and allow on it, deny was grayed out. so I switched the streaming service to openload, when I was done viewing I got one of those pop-up windows that claim your computer has a virus and is being hacked. If this is what happens when I use this site I want nothing to do with it. For me this is no longer a trustworthy site. (I am also not sure how that pop-up got past my security suite)
