ozsale.com.au é seguro?

I am another scorned customer of OzSale operations. I will never use this site again and will highly recommend to others to NOT use this site. Pathetic customer service and almost non-existent receipt of items or wrong item delivery with little chance of a refund. BEWARE!

I just want to get my refund from this horrible company & then never have anything to do with them again! They keep ignoring my emails & won't refund my money, even though they were the ones who messed my order. I have been trying unsuccessfully for 2 weeks now. I'm going to contact the dept. of fair trading & the ACCC abut this scam company. The net is full of horrible stories from consumers who have had bad experiences with OZSALE, How can they still be operating???

This site is only good if they get your order right, which they often don't, and when you want a refund on items they've lost, suddenly your emails go unanswered. I've been waiting a week for a refund on an order they lost & I'm still being ignored by them. Today I also received another order which contained the wrong items. All in all I've bought 6 seperate things from them & they've messed up 3. 50% is not acceptable. I won't be shopping with Ozsale ever again!
