I bought a lot of beads on this website, and their quality is very good and their color is also very bright. I am very satisfied with the goods I received. This is a Chinese website, so I need to wait patiently, but the quality of the goods makes me think it's worth it

I ordered a lot of beads and some of them are costly and it was a big order. This is the first time I was ordering anything from Pandahall. I read good reviews about the website in many forums, and I liked the beads color and size. These beads are what I wanted to use. The customer care lady probably understood that I was worried a little bit and that is she kept emailing until it was delivered. I saw that the order processing time was 3 days here; I think my order reached me very quickly after it was processed. I appreciate all the effort, thanks.

I've brought some glass beads and acrylic beads for my little princess's DIY crafts. There are many choice on this site, and the customer service is great. But I have to say the shipping is so expensive! And it takes more than a week to get my materials! But thank God they are good in quality. They said they are a Chinese company, and that explains why it takes time and money for the shipping. Generally speaking, apart from the shipping, the site is pretty good, suitable for jewelry makers.

Very poor customer experience. Over 3 weeks to prepare an order, then replacements required due to out of stock, the replacements were also out of stock. Try to cancel order to rethink designs, and was told the order had all ready been shipped, checking there order tracking system, the order shipped 3 hours AFTER the communications to cancel the order.
