The worst website I have ever used. Unable to print off a label and advised to use live chat which doesn't work. There is no contact telephone number or e mail for ' customer services'. I have just lost almost £50 trying to book a courier. BEWARE

Contrary to eCommerce standards this company do not have a customer service number to call. They may provide one if you ask which is a 0870 at 10p per minute. Parcels are delivered damaged and only after several days sitting in depots. DO NOT USE THEM FOR HOME DELIVERIES BECAUSE IF YOU ARE NOT HOME THEY WILL EXPECT COLLECTION FROM THEIR DEPOT MILES AWAY AND DURING OFFICE HOURS

This company seem completely unreliable - how can WOT rate them dark green ?? Yet another example of WOT's unreliable ratings ??

I have lost about 200£ worth stuff. My initial parcel was packed in a plastic box, what I have received was a carton with half of my stuff (most expensive one missing). Next time I will better pay more for the delivery but get everything, but not a half.
