one time use secure cards can be used 3 more times and the scams know this a empty your bank account! PayPal actually help them do it ! File a claim my ass! They say its your fault and deny it! scam! scam!scam!

dont even have a paypal account so why do i keep gettin emails from them askin 2 update my information sounds like a dodgy phisin scam or those nigerian morons are at it again just be aware

We;ve been using Papal for over 5 years now and have never had a problem or issue that wasn't resolved to our satifaction.

I have NEVER had a problem with PayPal and have used the service dozens of times.

I've had two issues and PayPal sided with me and refunded 100% of my money on both occasions.

I've used PayPal for years - and it has been a history of problems. Someone made a false charge to PayPal, and I needed to call, e-mail, again and again to get this off my books. They have customer service.

As a new user of paypal, the experience has been quite good.Even when I first opened my account, I couldn't use it until I called customer service. As much as this was an inconvenience at the time, it shows they were on the ball security wise.
