С тех пор как PayPal открыли в этой стране ООО НКО «ПэйПал РУ» качество обслуживания упало в разы. Не рекомендую к использованию. Риски конфиденциальности 100%. Для верификации один из требуемых ими методов - прийти лично в любой салон Евросеть (да-да, именно в эту драную Евросеть) и предоставить свой паспорт и все персональные данные продавцу драной Евросети. На каком основании спрашивается и нет ли здесь нарушения закона? Ответ на этот вопрос бараны из ООО НКО «ПэйПал РУ» вам не дадут. Остаётся только вспоминать о том, как было хорошо работать с PayPal пока они не открыли шарагу с тупыми манагерами в этой стране.

Грабительские комиссии на вывод с paypal на карту, куча каких-то заморочек с верификацией. Еще и берут комиссию за каждую продажу на eBay.

Paypal is the most used payment form for users and businesses. After you create an account and the overall transaction reached $500, they will ask you to fully verify your account which will lead to lifting the withdrawal limit (however it's capped at $500/day when withdrawing to credit card and a $2.5 fee is deducted, but there is no limitation or fee when transfering to your bank account). Always pay attention and double check the origination source of e-mails (however, nowadays physing is filtered quite well).

Very useful for people who want to send money. The interface is really easy to use , instructions are very clear. Have been using paypal for several months and didn't face any problem .There is 500 euro limit /day for basic accounts which can be upgraded to business account.

If you are using PayPal merchant service for your business, please be aware!!! They are real scammers! They have closed my account and hold the funds ($8400) on 6 month without an adequate explanation. After that I have received a huge amount of chargebacks from the customers (I suppose, they have sent the messages about "closed account" to all my customers who made purchases from my store and they have began chargeback processes. Customers who made purchases 1,2,3 month ago and received all goods, even they started going through chargeback process). I have sent all products to the customers and have all required documents including tracking numbers and invoices from my wholesale partners. I have provided PayPal with the all tracking numbers and invoices, but they have robed all my money. Now instead +$8400 I have -$3400 and I can do nothing with this :(

Can say I trust it, but to a certain point. The service can reject some payments and also has some problems with returns and support. Still above average and good for me.
