For this site, I have assigned a rating between good and suspicious for the My WOT Trustworthiness scale.  The articles are good, and the reviews are helpful.  However, the site's level of trust is somewhat compromised by the banner ads and pop ups that hinder its quality.  I would recommend a quality ad blocker, such as Ad Block Plus, to be installed on your browser(s) of choice before visiting the site.  If the pop-ups were removed, the site would be much better.

Site has great writing and technical information but contains loads of non-hostile ads and trackers (advertising, analytics, beacons, widgets, etc.)

Reason for Spam and Ads. The site is amazing, but you have games and others Ads trying to pop-up all of the time. For my son Kaspersky parental controls allow access, but constantly blocks Ads for games and other downloads. Other than that it's very good.

Interesting articles and reviews.

It is a good computer site- but it has A LUDICROUS NUMBER OF THINGS ATTEMPTING TO RUN IN THE BACKGROUND!!! Unless you know how to configure things like NoScript and Request Policy your best bet is to probably stay away.

PCMag is absolutely safe, the reviews may not be very accurate, but it's safe to go to and I read the site just for fun.

Maybe it's a wrong opinion, still whichever article I read on PCMAG didn't seem really valuable and TRUSTFUL. Any advice they gave turned out to be just a waste of words and time.

A computers and other technology news site.

A good site, but I found 9 different trackers with 24 requests in total. If you are willing to go to this site, do it with Adblock Plus and Disconnect (it blocks trackers).
2
Useful articles, but page contains an obscene number of advertising, analyzer scripts, et al.
