As per today penislargecat.ru is detected as a spam sending domain or is misused as a spam server. Possibly dangerous to visit as the server/site could also be infected with malicious content or viruses.

They are crooks, but they want you to trust them with your identity and your credit card. We know they register their thousands of domain names with stolen credit cards.
