Is personalcreations.com Safe?

I see a lot of negative reviews for this place...though they are quite old. My experience has been nothing but stellar. Orders placed are shipped when expected, reliable customer service when needed, items arrive as shown on site. They send a lot of email, but, you can turn it off, if you'd like.

I'm back to order for the second time. I've had a great previous experience with them. Ordered two different canvas wall art pieces with names and dates. Received two professional, beautifully printed personalized canvas wall art pieces. Yeah, they charge fees, but good luck having something made so well somewhere else for less money! As for children, they can have fun trying out names and stuff in the "personalize" sections for items. Most of the time, they will display the item as it will be printed, so kids can see their names and whatever else they want in the previews. I played with this myself for an hour or so! No problem at all with this site.

I know there has been a lot of bad comments, but I feel I should give my experience since it was a good one...Yes there are hidden fees. I was aware of them after I read the terms and conditions. As far as now I believe it's a 2.99 per item personalization fee, plus shipping and handling that is not stated upon checkout. Anyway they accept Paypal if you do not feel confident paying over their website, they send you an immediate receipt via e-mail, and when it leaves their wherehouse they send another e-mail stating it has done so and the arrival expectancy. I don't know about other products, but mine came out on time and it turned out beautiful!! No virus or spam, and no frivolous e-mails. Very happy customer!
