Good quality products. I got folders for college here and everything. I always receive my order and never had any problems. Coupon code not working? Give them a call and they will gladly fix it or give you an alternate code. It is a Google trusted store so plus on trustworthyness.
I have used this site and purchased gifts with no issue as far as the transaction so not sure what the revews relating to the e-commerce portion are about. My issue is the SPAM. It is endless and opting out does not work.
Was ready to purchase a nice sun flower hat and when I was ready to check out and choose paypal as my option, norton security came up warning me so basically the paypal link is fake and it was you would call a "Cross-site request forgery" where it makes it look like your going to the correct web site (in this case paypal) but it is not paypal. It will look just like paypal site so most would not know that your about to enter information to be stolen. Stay away from this site
The worst site ever.
My daughter purchased Mother's day's gift at this web site. At that time it said "Delivery date is guaranteed before Mother's day". We received shipping notice and checked the UPS status. It said "Estimate Delivery date is 5/14 Monday". This is after Mother's day. I called the customer support (*****). I explained this matter and she asked me "Did you receive phone call from us ?" without asking my name or order number. I answered "Never". She said "We called." I said "I would like to cancel this order". She said "You can not cancel. We called you at brah brah.....". I said "You could not keep the promise, so I would like to cancel.....", but she kept speaking and she did not listen to me at all. I really upset about this and said "I will dispute it to AMEX". She said "You can not do it" and she said "good-bye".
Soon I disputed it to AMEX and called 866.386.8300 again. Another customer support stuff asked me the order number. Also, she told me to refuse the delivery when it arrives to my house, then it would be canceled automatically. I can't understand why the first operator was so mean. My daughter was really sad. Today we will go to another store for getting Mother's day's gift. WE NEVER USE or RECOMMEND TO OTHER THIS WEB SITE.
Tried unsubscribing, but they just sold my e-mail address to a bunch of others, so now I get more spam than ever.

I am getting very leery about trusting WOT itself! Too many decent sites have unsatisfactory ratings, based on people who obviously don't know enough about how internet commerce works. One person gave this site a bad rating because they used a 'cookie.' Cookies are used by almost EVERY site we visit and are harmless. Other commentators just wrote 'spam'-but not what the site did to prompt them to say this, while others just pointed to an unsatisfactory comment left by another WOT user?! I don't know of any commercial site that doesn't use email to advertise! Spamming is when a website bombards us with emails--not just sends one or 2 unsolicited ads. The fact is folks, most 'reputable' retailers we do business with pass on our address to other companies, who will send us an offer or 2. But most companies also know whether we open their messages or not, and if we don't open messages from them, it normally stops after they send another 1 or 2. However, I will say that It's not wise to unsubscribe from a mailing list in an email message from unknown or unheard of websites/companies--but it is safe to do it with known retailers.
I normally rely on reading customer reviews about products I am considering purchasing; but the problem with WOT is that people who never actually used a site or did business with a site, or even know anything about it, can--and obviously do--leave bad ratings and reviews, based on no personal dealings or knowledge at all! I sometimes wonder if some ratings are left by competitors? I'm thinking of going back to using McAffee's SafeSite because at least THEY now check out the ratings to be sure they have substance to them, after they were criticized about the same thing I feel WOT does.
I have made many purchases from this site with nothing but great experience. Have not had any spam problems. Even if I had problems with a product ordered, the fixed it any shipped a replacement at no charge and overnight. I would recommend this site to anyone!
wow! I've never had a problem with this company. I mean, I don't know all the logistics, but I do order from them quite often and never have issues. I wonder what I'm missing... Anyway, I WILL continue to order from them. They are prompt, reliable and inexpensive.
