I was considering giving this place my business until that "Talk with an agent" box popped up. As kenwart02 pointed out, there could be anything behind the cancel etc buttons. In addition, I shop on the Internet sometimes to avoid talking with "agents." Ick.

I have a major problem with websites that don't let you go away when your done without forcing you to "Talk with an Agent First" window popping up. This is the same tactic used by those who push malware and spyware posing as something else. Any hacker can make any button install software even if it says no, exit or thank you sir may I have another one.
