If you have ever been a plaintiff or a defendant in the judicial system plainsite.org will show that in a search of your name. It matters not if you where right or wrong, or even the age of the lawsuit. Rarely does anyone read past the plainsite.org link. That means you are guilty - regardless of the facts of the case. This is wrong, and undoubtedly defamatory. The ugly fact is plainsite.org will not delete this information no matter how damaging it might be to a reputation. I know, I asked. The response was a strongly worded "no way" email. My feeling is plainsite.org may get sued out of existence soon.
