for ONE of the listings of this company's malfeasance. They robo-call to people without outstanding debt issues. Many phone numbers used to hide who's calling. I do not know where WOT gets the positive rating; all I see are negative comments. The company is apparently listed on an exchange, but the behavior I've seen is quite obtrusive.
My personal experience is quite negative. I no longer answer when this number or any of their other numbers call.

Scam artist called Portfolio Recovery. They call people to collect false debts, even if your credit report is clean or you are a minor.

Beware that legitimate debt collectors will not ask you for any personal information as they already have it.

I can't say about the web site itself. . .but these are the same guys that are making bogus PHONE CALLS to people who either have over due bills of long long ago or sometimes even NO OVERDUE BILLS at all!
