Did not deliver as promised.  On one order, charged shipping and handling $12.99 for each of the 3 items. Ordered product for engagement for fiance, for a specific date over a week in advance.  Customer service done overseas, difficult to understand, offered "complimentary" replacement for what wasn't delivered as a solution, basically meant they'd deliver at a later date what I already paid for, or coupons to use on ProFlowers.  2nd bad experience with them, even worse customer service when a mistake is made.  Never again.

I HATE THIS TYPE OF CRAP.  So the flowers have a radio discount of $29.99 and a free vase and show a delivery of $4.99.  So I',m expecting a total of $35.  Here's the the actual total! One Dozen Red Roses $39.99: $29.99 Glass Ginger Vase: $9.99 Standard Delivery $12.99 Free Clear Standard Vase -$9.99  Care & Handling $2.99 $45.97! To get your shipping discount, you have to sign up for FreeShipping.com!  THAT's BS!

Unrelenting spam. A lot of fly-by-night spammers/scammers redirect to this domain, and I can't make the emails stop.

Charges an incredible amount for their 'Standard Delivery" service and does not inform you of that charge until you are at the last checkout page with a small tiny text on the right hand side of the page!

Every time that I've used proflowers my order has been on time, and quality product. I am however unhappy with the amount of spam that comes from giving them your email address.

I sent flowers to a funeral and have been spammed to death but them and others they seemed to have sold my addresses to. Unsubscribing from their spam list doesn't seem to work because I keep getting spammed.

I purchased a flower arrangement from this web site and got signed up for some monthly service that I didn't ask for. I also used a unique email address that I have ONLY given to proflowers.com and have gotten spam and scams sent that email address

This site advertises one price but then they keep adding a bunch of fees until their prices are as high or higher than the competition. They also try to sign you up rather deceptively to savings programs that are in and of themselves both deceptive if not criminally fraudulent. They also do not tell you the actual costs until they have all of your credit card information on file. These are my opinions based upon my dealings with this group of deceiving fools and I recommend you find another florist.

The flowers and delivery are good but you do get this monthly charge on your bank statement for some bogus service. Your bank will give you the phone number and they'll refund it.

'Pro Flowers has acknowledged that their 100% satisfaction guarantee applies to the EZ Saver Rewards and/or Free Shipping program. The company states they have and will issue full refunds to consumers who misunderstood the terms & conditions or are not completely satisfied with the service. 'If you have registered for either of these programs and would like additional information regarding the terms of membership or need help with canceling your membership, please contact the merchant directly at (858) ***** '

As far as flowers and delivery, they are a good company. But after signing up for their reminder services, my mailbox exploded with spam from other companies. I unsubscribed from their email, but three years later I'm still getting email from them. I also tried to unsubscribe from their "reminder" service, but still got reminders for two years after my mom had passed away. Just call your local flower shop and have them send flowers and avoid this company.

The flowers I ordered arrived frozen (it was winter after all). I contacted ProFlowers and they immediately offered a replacement shipment which arrived in fine shape. stuff happens. they made it right. A couple of things in the "not as good as it could be" ... > I found it hard to locate the free vase; they kept wanting to sell me an upgrade. > They really push the "sign up for free shipping" - I did sign up on purpose. Free membership for 30 days. To get a refund of the shipping: Print the form. Fill it out with pen. Include information from your order (you did keep your receipt, right?). Mail it in. I cancelled my member ship for the "free shipping" club in about 2 weeks (giving time for my rebate form to arrive but before my free trial was over.) Cancelling could be done via on-line. A few weeks later I got a check for the amount of the shipping.
