Getting leads via 'Digital Window' affiliate spammers (awinaffid=88252) at the moment, the sort of laziness/stupidity combination that bodes ill for their future if they're paying that little attention to where their new 'leads' are coming from and how they're arrived at.
Extremely bad customer service. I would avoid this company since they are quiet happy to take money from ANYONE; the bank account holder does not even have to give permission to the RAC for them to take the money out!!!!!!
They converted my account to a different persons name (who did not even exist). When I asked them to change it to my name as the main policy holder they changed it to my partners name. After this they then refused to talk to me since I was not the main policy holder BUT they were happy to take money out of my account (to pay for a policy I was not even the main policy holder of). I rang multiple times to get it sorted, was told they would send changed details in the post (they then ended up changing main policy holder to my daughter but when I rang up it was back to my husband). I was told they would write to me about this complaint, they never did. I was then told they would ring me back, never did. Now each time I ring up, they cannot pass me onto a manager to get it sorted since managers can only ring people, they cannot be spoken to if you ring up. I was told computer system then went down (which I sense was a way of getting me off the phone since that person did not want to deal with the problem, since they were reluctant to give me any details of who I was currently speaking to). I have been hounding them for the last month and now I have no idea who is on the policy or even if I still am on a policy, but I am over £100 the poorer!
