However, they have been accused of sending out emails to file sharers who are then asked to click on a link to settle an infringment claim, by way of a fine. It has been claimed that clicking on such links consequently downloads a trojan on to the system on which the link is clicked. This site should be viewed with caution. ESPECIALLY if you use torrents or share files via some other route that might infringe copyright. I reviewed the site, using no script, to prevent the running of scripts on my system. I also used a VPN to hide my location (Just in case). Whilst I found no direct evidence of trojans on the site, I did not click on any links and did not receive the relevant email pointing me to the site. Without that link, it might not be possible to verify claims of a trojan or not.
