Is robokassa.ru Safe?

Сегодня внезапно заблокировали магазин и денежные средства, накопленные в системе Робокасса.  Это событие произошло со всеми Предпринимателями. Звонил в тех.поддержку, никаких внятных комментариев не дают. Что-то они поменяли, разослали всем письма. У меня письма до сих пор нет. В котором якобы написано, как можно получить деньги и заключить новый договор, чтобы принимать оплату. Полагаю, что деньги получить будет не просто и не быстро. Отвратительный сервис, в декабре у них Центробанк уже отозвал лицензию у Океан Банка. Теперь вот такие левые движения начались с массовыми блокировками и прочим.  Вывод однозначный,  Робокасса ведут себя как мошенники, ни в коем случае не работайте с ними. В любой момент могут заблокировать Ваш магазин и деньги!

I registered myself on robokassa in the summer of 2014, they did the registration payment for a minimal amount of money just as apple would do. so my registration was fulfilled. i've never used their service, and on december of 2014 i just saw on my bank account that robokassa took 37 euros of my account. i was really surprised, i've never bought anything through them so i called my bank, where they adviced me to talk with robokassa. first of all, they dont have a phone number, only email. at least they answer for emails in a few days, but still, a service that using your money should have an emergency line. i asked them whats it all about. i must say im not an expert in the english language myself, but they are much worst. they communicate only in russian letter in their emails, only a few sentences what they write in english but its really hard to understand because its like they translate it with google. somethimes just not a little sense in their mails. slowly i could push out the information that my bank account was charged by a russian vocher selling site which i've never heard of. the transaction cannot be seen in my robokassa account, the transaction's email address and my email address doesnt match with my registrated card number. yet, they dont want to give me back my money, they told me to go and file my complaint to my local ***** if my bank have taken money from my account, not them. so my advice is KEEP YOURELF AWAYS FROM ROBOKASSA. they are cannot be trusted.
