This site is full of scams. They charge you a fee and redirect you to various other websites and download some bogus software which infects your PC. I've faced a lot of PC issues ever since I installed the piece of bogus software provided by this site. The software promised to solve my issue with my Roku device but ended up causing more damage than provide help. I would not recommend using this site to anyone who requires assistance troubleshooting their device.

I purchased a Roku device recently when one of the websites advertised about them. I didn’t think that anything would go wrong with it. But then I saw the video buffering all the time. The quality of the video is poor too. So I try to contact this support team and ask them for a resolution and guess what? Nothing has been resolved. I just want to report these bunch of fraudsters.

This website is a scam which offers no information about solving the issue and troubleshooting the device. The helpline provided on the website is completely waste, Please don’t use the website as it is a bad site that misdirects people . Once the call is attended by the service executive they often respond very rudely to the customers.

Saw a website that has the logo same as that of the official Roku website. Clicked on the links that are provided on the site. I was redirected to another page that prompted me to enter the credit card information. Later i found that only my money and time got wasted, they did not fixed my problem which i was expected from that website, was irritated to the core.
