Hello , i have ordered from Rose gal many times. As long as you go with the expedited shipping, the service is quick. Product quality is hit or miss, but everything I have received has been cute and wearable. Not all items have arrived in all my shipments, but they have always arrived later. I have ordered many hoodies, a couple sweaters, jackets and a pair of boots. Everything is great, and the price cannot be beat. I will always return and order more

I have never tried Rosegal before, and for some reason decided to give it a shot.My first order arrived earlier than expected and was exactly as shown in the picture. I was surprised at how quickly Customer service processed my order and arrived much faster than I anticipated. I was anxiously awaiting the package to see because had heard lots of scary things about ordering online. They exceeded my expectations. To my surprise and happiness, everything was just as I would have liked it to be! I loved my watch and have received multiple compliments when I wear it. It was absolutely perfect. I look forward to my next purchases.

I ordered two items from rosegal and I was a bit concerned that the packages had not arrived. But it was because of the free shipping. And the day I contacted customer service, the packages arrived. So I was very relieved that the items arrived and because I would have got a refund if they didn't. Also, the customer service was great, they were happy to help and the issue was resolved quickly.

I ordered two dresses (very inexpensive) from this site. One was perfect and the other one was smaller than I expected. I was not too concerned (due to how affordable it was) so I just honestly reviewed both items on their website. I assumed I had read the sizing wrong on the one dress and ordered a child's size and not an adult size. Rosegal saw that I reviewed an item that was smaller than described and contacted me asking for follow up information. After answering their questions they said they must have sent me the wrong size and provided me with a full store credit! On top of that they didn't make me bother with returning the small dress (shipping costs would have been more than the value of the item). I was beyond surprised that the company even read my review, never mind contacting me, and offering me a (full) credit. I will be buying cheap party dresses and blouses from them in the future! When I placed my first order on Rose Gal, I was a little skeptic because I had some problems before with ordering from other shops, but not this time! My order arrived pretty quick, for an international standard shipping. And the products were true to size, working perfectly. I am very satisfied with Rose Gal.

Hi! I saw the add of ***** on the FB. So I had to check their website and saw many things I wanted to order. In order not to loose money I decided to give it a try and first to order something cheap – like for 10-20USD. I have ordered 4 things in January. 2x dress, 1x swimwear and 1x skirt. I paid extra 1.99 USD – or something like that :-) – for the insurance/tracking number. All of the stuff arrived to the Czech Republic within 12-13 days from the day of order. After sending order I have got the classic confirmation. The next day I have got the e-mail and in the e-mail was written that my package is ready and they even attached the picture of the package. I made it bigger to see if it is really my package and I saw my address :-) To CZ they use the Belgium post. First day or max. 2days I have not seen anything on the tracking link they provided me with. I guess it is because the package has to come to the transportation company and so on…but later you see the progress. Here, below you can see how it went. Ordered the cloth 24/01/2016, ***** got the tracking number Barcode number: BLVS1376360000472560 Date – Time Place Status ***** 05:18:15 Item is announced / bpost received the information ***** 00:01:00 Item is ready for transport ***** 13:00:00 Arrival at export hub ***** 07:46:13 Departure to country of destination ***** 13:15:27 Your shipment has arrived at the postal operator of the country of destination and will be delivered in the coming days. …and ***** came the package to me :-) The same thing was with all the 4 orders. You HAVE TO take in consideration also the dispatch message at each product…I have chosen the items with the message Ships within 3 business days. But of course they have there some products with the dispatch notice ***** days…so it takes longer the delivery. The QUALITY: I did not expect an extra quality – once I have ordered from Dressgal – and this was really terrible – I have bought there a sweater…and after 1 washing I therew it away… But I was pleased with the quality. Definitely not worse then H&M! At least the items I picked. And the prices are reasonable too. Variety of the merchandise is also good. Regarding the SIZE: you have to count that all those cloth is produced in China and people in China are smaller than European people. I am an european size L…so I am ordering XXL…generally you have to go 2 sizes up. And all the stuff I have ordered fitted me. And I took in consideration the measurement table that is next to each item. Overall I expected disaster but was very pleasantly surprised and definitely will order from them again. I want also to say that I am not paid for my positive opinion about Rosegal but I am just sharing my positive experience. Hope it helps.

As far as any complaints about sizing go, every single article of clothing has its individual measurements posted, so if people buy the size they normally purchase in American stores without checking the measurements properly that's their fault. I've made multiple orders in the past from this site and all my products were received on time and were of decent to great quality. I will definitely buy from here again in the future.

I really like Rosegal. They have a lot of cute clothes for cheap, and shipping is free! I bought a coat from there. My order arrived pretty quickly, especially for coming from China (15 days from ordering. 12 days from 1st day of shipping), and I am in love with this coat! It's so cute and warm, and it's good quality. One thing to note, it is an Asian store, so clothes are a lot smaller. You have to size up, but they give measurements for all clothes so that you can figure out the proper size to order. If you take the time to figure out your size, you shouldn't have a problem. I would definitely recommend Rosegal!

I ordered 4 products on Thanksgiving and I received them pretty quickly. All items look how they appeared on the model. The quality is good and the prices are affordable. I didn't know what to expect because of so many mixed reviews. I'm a plus size woman and I didn't think that the clothes would fit true to size but the sizing chart is very helpful, measure yourself if you don't know what size to order! Overall I had a great experience and I've already worn 2/4 items. Loved them.
