Première clé qui malheureusement n’a pas fonctionné, mais le service client a été hyper réactif : réponse dans la minute avec une solution immédiate. Ils m’ont renvoyé gratuitement une nouvelle clé sans aucun délai, et mon Windows 11 Pro a été activé pour seulement 3,90 € !
Je recommande vraiment ce site, surtout pour le gros point positif sur le SAV et le retour client. Une excellente expérience d’achat à petit prix.

Pésima experiencia, primero me entregaron una licencia usada de windows 10 pro, después me entregaron una licencia educativa que tampoco servía, me contacte con Microsoft generando 2 casos de soporte, en ambos ellos enviaron correo de que la licencia no es valida y tengo que comprar otra, tengo evidencia de todo esto

Scammers. They sell invalid license keys. When asked to replace, they refuse.
I bought a Windows 10 professional OEM key that was already activated by someone else. Support was trying to make it seem like I don't know which version of Windows the key was bought for and ask photos, then act like they don't know what is going on. Typical scammers.
