Брал 4 потребительских кредита в данном банке. Никаких проблем или сложностей в работе с банком не замечено. Сервис "Инфобанк" выполнен хоть и предельно просто в плане функционала и внешнего вида, но выводимой информации вполне достаточно для того, чтобы быть в курсе какая задолженность осталась и в какой день какой платеж. Есть возможность без проблем досрочно закрыть кредит. В общем, не плохой банк, не плохой сайт. Другими услугами банка не пользовался, но в целом и не хочется.
