safeco.comは安全ですか？

The website is fine, it's a decent website and everything. Their service has been fine for the people I have provided it too (I help people get auto-insurance quotes through a third party search, similiar to Allstates' insurance comparisons.) Any-who, I got it for myself (Safeco specifically) It had the same coverage for less. However when the time came I got into an accident, I felt like I was being treated wrongfully, as if they weren't on my side, or at least unbias. Needless to say, I was in the wrong (they declared) and well, I went through long talks during the period inbetween, and my, I forgot I'll just say 'agent' didn't follow up at times, forgot to note things, and whatnot(I had to repeat, or it wasn't filed). And when my contract came to end, I had one letter about a week before, and my insurance was stopped. Just like that. I will never forget it, however I do have to say through other people I had provided their service/insurance too, they haven't had an issue. Maybe it's just bad luck.

This insurance company does not like to pay their claims like they should. Only when I took their insured to court is when they finally gave adequate settlement for property damages. I do not recommend using them for insurance as they will not cover like they should.
