Exceptionally poor customer service, 15 phone calls, 3 conplaints and escalations. Seems this company has poor internal process and doesnt know how to handle issues. When purchasing additional data abroad it failed to work, hours spent on the phone didnt resolve. Salt confirmed they wouldnt charge me and called 2 days before the bill was released to confirm the charges would not be on the bill. Of course they were and they charged me, another phonecall today were the support verbally told me they would call back in 30 mins that was 4 hours ago. Shame companies have such poor management in todays corporate era, try swisscom they never handled issues like this.
Qu'on aime ou qu'on aime pas les offres de "Salt", le site est très bien fait, tout particulièrement pour la gestion de son compte.
Aujourd'hui, je préfère effectuer des changements via le site internet que de passer au service client: plus rapide et moins d'attente, et tout aussi efficace!
