Before I ordered my saree I was guaranteed by a Customer Executive at saree.com over email that there were 10 more of the same saree available and they could be delivered within 2 weeks. However when I tried to order 10 more, I was then told a week after ordering them that the sarees were not available. This not only was the complete opposite to what I had been told over email but now left us 11 bridesmaids without sarees for the wedding. I called several times to find out what had happened and was condescendingly told that this was not their issue and was not even given an apology. I offered to send the saree back for a refund but that said that the best they could offer me was a refund of 20% of my total spend. I am extremely unhappy with the way that saree.com have acted and the fact that they have taken no responsibility for leaving 11 bridesmaids without sarees for the wedding.

Shopping was delightful. Customer service is very upfront. They responded and followed up very well with my customization.
I will look forward for future shopping.
