Thanks for the feedback. The new profile features are a result of our survey and member responses. We asked what should be improved and are now working through the list. Our business model is simple, do what the customer asks :)

This looks like an automated response and contains inaccurate information. The site is safe and can be trusted. We follow correct privacy rules and when you delete an account all data is removed automatically. The only true comment is "Not for Minors" which is due to the nature of the site. Our business is online dating so is strictly over 18s.

This comment is not truly accurate. Our company doesn't send spam. In some cases friends of people sign them up for a joke. So the email you get is actually a welcome sign up message. If you don't log in the site will automatically delete your details within 48 hours. This means all future messages will stop. Only if the person logins in will then become a real live member of the site.

We only share IP address information with our own "other" sites. This IP data is also encrypted so we only store an md5 hash of the IP so it can only be used for comparisons. Also most people are unaware that very few IPs are static and many on mobile networks are shared.
