Is scamadviser.com Safe?

I had a really bad experience with everything that has to do with i-immigrate.orh and theirs services so called servics. They assist you for thé green Cars and you pay for it. Ik paid 3 thousand euro die these liars and they kept me on a leash for 6 months and they dissapeared. It is a freaking scam, please do not get caught in her nice voice over the phone by the name Lisa Mitchell, because they talk about their kids, their life, their so called conference work and then when they are about to call you, they make appointments with you but eventually never call a few calls later and steal your money. Do not trust this please. I lost a lot of money with all that had to do with i-immigrate.org ALL scams

I was scammed by a site supplying fake product. Only then I thought of finding about it and Google search brought this site's name at the top. When I checked the scammer site, I was advised that it was untrustworthy with a rating of 22%. Wish I had checked that site before placing order with them. I'd appreciate if they could list all the possible actions that I could take to recover such loss, if at all possible.
