I see they have just changed how they present the 1,000% guarantee somewhat, but the Palm Beach Confidential's guarantee is still deceptive to the point that I would argue that it's "misleading", if no longer a scam. Please note that Teeka Tiwari is the real deal, this review is only about his publisher "Palm Beach Research Group" and their promise about a "1,000% guarantee" for everyone who subscribes to Teeka Tiwari's "Palm Beach Confidential" investment letter. In the past, they have repeatedly stated the following for new subscribers to Tika's investment letter which are "Guaranteed that anyone who follows his work will have the chance to book 1,000% total gains over the next 12 months". You've then been promised a second year subscription for free if the guarantee cannot be kept. When one year has passed and the guarantee in no way has been kept, they did not fulfill this guarantee on the following grounds: 1. At one point in time during the year, specifically November 2017 to December 2017, "the sum" of all "open gains" of the portfolio of almost 40 recommendations was larger than 1,000%. Basically this mean that if each of the 40 recommendations have increased in value with 25% each - you were supposed to think that your portfolio have increased in value with 1,000%. The truth is that not one single recommendation in the portfolio was even close to a 1,000% increase in value. 2. They claim that these "open gains" are the same as the promised "booked gains", which is obviously not true. In order to achieve a booked gain you need to close your positions (sell something in your portfolio). Teeka have repeatedly over and over again told his subscribers to hold their positions and not to sell. There was for example not a single sell recommendation in neither November or December of 2017. Thereby no gains were booked at all. Instead of honoring their commitment of a free renewal they have sent me exactly 15 payment reminders before the stopped sending them. As I mentioned, they have now changed the wording so that you might understand that if all the 45 or so cryptos in the portfolio increase in value with 22% each, they have fulfilled their guarantee. They have now also changed the wording to "Teeka's track record must show you the chance to make at least 1,000 over the next 12 months". Please note that "show you the chance" will probably be used to cover the kind of situation I described above. If the average unrealized gain for each recommendation in Teeka's portfolio at any point in time increase more than 22%, they will claim that the guarantee have been kept. If the whole portfolio the drops with 95% the next day, they will still claim to have kept the guarantee - regardless on whether Teeka have realized any gains in his portfolio recommendations or not.
