As stated by neelamk96, I had to go through a tedious process to get the free trial cancelled. On the website go to Settings => manage my membership => you have to click on a link redirecting you to ***** => open a chat to get your "membership" cancelled => check status of said membership through "Membership - Manage my memberships" and fill necessary fields (2 out 4 is enough, I would recommend avoiding filling again the one for your credit card) I will check my bank account in coming days to ensure I am not being charged bogus fees.

Here's a way to unsubscribe from securejoinsite.com To unsubscribe I had to go to ***** (or the website that is mentioned for you by the free offers part) and sign in under members entry using the same email and password I used to sign up for securejoinsite.com. Then go to Customer Service at the bottom of the screen. Go to the tab Memberships (manage my memberships). Fill in the requirements for memberships/charge finder. I had 3 memberships at $9.99 each I never knew existed. Unsubscribe/cancel the membership. I just tried it. Will update if it works by checking for unknown bank transactions next week.
