For months I've been spammed with emails from a site that is hosted by ServerBeach called ***** (owned by Eric Gerdes) and ServerBeach's abuse department has ignored the numerous complaints that have been filed with them about the SPAM and scam emails. ServerBeach is ignoring the reports they have received of their customer's violations of the CANSPAM act. Tthe emails try to get people to donate money to the owner of ***** because he supposedly has a different tragedy happen to him on what seems like a weekly basis and needs money: everything from car wrecks to spouses who have died have been claimed in the emails).
