Web of trust is broken. This is the best web hosting company I know. I have been using them to host my valued commercial and non-profit customers sites since the 1990's. Giving such nice and competent folks such a bad rating is absurd. Their security and reliability is unparalleled in the hosting industry.

I've been using these guys for dedicated servers for several years now (I have 5 servers with them). Excellent, prompt support and excellent uptime. I don't think they should be crucified for a malware incident 3 years ago.

It is a testament to the Excellent Service provided by the Staff and Tech's at Serverpoint that their Competition does their best to Mislead others by posting FALSE RATINGS! I wish more Satisfied Clients of Serverpoint would Post their Ratings and Comments that Reflect their Excellent Character and Services that they provide! ! !

These guys are AWESOME! I've been with them since '98 (12 years!)! They have the best Support Staff, Fast Response, Great Pricing, Top of the Line Hardware and Incredible Up time! It took me 5 years to find them and I'll never use anyone else for my hosting needs!
The Competition just can't beat what the Server Point Team reliably delivers and they are just trying to scare people away from them!
Suck it up out there guys and 'compete' like you should... you obviously aren't on the same playing field with these guys!

This is one of the best hosts I've ever worked with. Reliable, cheap, awesome support. Been with them for 2 years now and never had much downtime.
I'm with JaguarPC and Serverpoint. The support of Serverpoint is much better than that of JaguarPC!
Competitions is trying to make them look bad here.. that's how good they are
