The service site is pretty bad, and even when you are allowed to get through to a chat technical support person, they lie about what they can or will do. When asked for an alternate option to contact a supervisor or leave a complaint, I was lied to numerous times, and they simply refer you back to this main page or give you a number to contact - except it's the main service number, not much help. The programs themselves run ok - except McAfee burrows deep into your operating system and disregards Windows directions sometimes (which is alarming) - but the customer service is just scammy and unhelpful at best.

After purchasing this product, I was unable to download it and could not connect to the support pages to get a refund. I also could not find an accessible support information, some of the phone numbers provided are disconnected. It looks to me like this company has gone from respectable to essentially a scam. Be careful when you purchase because you are automatically signed up for auto renewals each year.
