Domain is used in return address of spam email messages by someone posing as an "investor interested in investing in my country" and looking for my help. As if a legitimate investor needs help with their investments.

Sites email address's are often used for Identity fraud scams. If you have a letter about a dead relative with lots of money it will be a phishing scam.
