If you have any doubt as to the value of the product they provide all you have to do is look at the noise created when they have service interruptions. Nothing says, "You're important" like having Twitter go down trying to keep up with people discussing your servers' status and its impact upon you.

Skype is NOT the best if you own a windows computer. if you use skype on a windows computer you will get what is known has "the blue screen of death". i think skype is safe for other computers but for some reason skype and windows do not reall like each other. it didn;t even take 6 hours before i got the "blue screen of death" on my windows desktop.
