They are russian scammers. They will steel your money and will not deliver your orders. They do not refund for undelivered service. Customer service is atrocious. They don't help, but just laughing at you. Stay away!!!
PS. Also they created their own Trustpilot review page with all 5 stars! I wonder if real Trust pilot is aware of it?

Some of the services work, some of them don't. You have to know which ones will take your money and which ones won't. If you do order a service that doesn't work they don't refund the money and they don't respond to emails.

I strongly advise against using smmlaboratory.com for any social media marketing services. I had a terrible experience with this company and lost over 300 USD due to their dishonest practices.
I'm from India and I purchased a service from smmlaboratory.com that promised to provide me with non-drop and guaranteed followers. However, the followers I received dropped within three days, which completely negated the benefits of the service. Despite the fact that the company advertised the service as non-drop and guaranteed, they did not honor their promise and left me with a significant financial loss.
What's worse is that when I tried to contact smmlaboratory.com to address the issue, they ignored my complaint and provided no recourse or resolution. Their lack of customer service is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for their customers' satisfaction.
Overall, my experience with smmlaboratory.com was a complete disappointment. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking social media marketing services. Instead, I suggest doing your research and choosing a reputable service provider with a track record of delivering high-quality services and excellent customer support.

SCAMMERS - they will let you pay with btc so they can scam you i tried with only $1 to test the platform they did not deliever the service when i talk to them they simply said they will refund me because $1 is cheap. i think all smm panels are scammers unless if they offer paypal or visa payment.
