I have known Solacebeach for some time now. The staff is really friendly and they try very hard to help you with any problem you have. The only time SB ever had an issue as long as I've known the site (and I've been with 'em for years now) was when they were hacked, but even then they were really fast in trying to get things back to normal and trying to protect the people there.

I assure you that this site is very reputable and they offer good service. I am sure if there was a re-direct with a virus it was because the sight was hacked into.
It should have the highest rating possible.

I don't rent at Solace Beach, but I know first hand that the people are trustworthy and I know the website is safe.

The solacebeach.com site had no trouble until an install of Joomia in a reformat caused a security breach that was exploited by hackers. Within a day, the problem was solved and the security hole closed, and there have been no further incidents, but--one day was enough to damage their reputation.
There are several functions of the site, among them, announcing virtual music events, sales of virtual real estate on the Second Life Grid, and listing their property covenants. Not ONE function is designed to phish for information in ANY way. They are a trustworthy site. They deserve their rating changed.

I have been with Solace Paradise for a couple of months now and I love it here. The people are friendly, staff are very nice and helpful and the sims are so beautiful. I would not hesitate to tell everyone that is a Paradise. No problems at all living here. :)

I rented from Solace Beach Estates long before I ever worked for them.
I always found staff very helpful and honest.
This site was hacked, and does not deserve such a terrible rating.
This company has one of the best customer service policies in SL, and there are hundreds of tenants that can vouch for that :)

Our site was the victim of hacking of our Joomla installation. The hack was removed months ago. We do not support phishing in any way! Now we are being harmed by this bad reputation for something we didn't do. Please help us repair our reputation by giving positive votes or help us clear this rating. Thanks.
