It looks as though, however good this trader may have been in the past, for some time now it has been taking customers' money immediately, then sending an e-mail to say the goods have been dispatched (UK delivery stated as 1-5 days), but the goods 'mysteriously' not arriving, and all attempts by customers to contact the trader about their orders' non-arrival have not been answered. I've just been caught by this and lost money, fooled by the 'good' reputation in WOT and looking at the TrustPilot reviews only after my own order was well overdue. So, this site appears to be a SCAM one, and should be taken down immediately. Of course, if by any chance this trader does eventually respond to my enquiry and put things right for me I'll amend this report and rating, but this is how it appears at the moment, and others need to be warned!
