A great site with a modern feel. I don't know what Gurbl is talking about. I think that he may be trying to deliberately lower the reputation.
The site offers some good information about fitness and healthy eating.

This has to be one of the best health sites EVER! The information is high quality and they don't make bogus claims- the bane of most similar sites. It is a welcome relief to not see a bunch of hokey claims, miracle cures and the like. Go here for the kinds of things that actually will get it done. It is very impressive.This site needs to be voted up to green ASAP.

This site contains health and fitness news and recipes, it has a clear, readable layout, and is updated daily with news, stories and how-to videos.

"Sprite" is link connected to "myfitnesspal" for updates on wellness and fitness. There was no click and pay associated with this site. The advice given is entirely safe for children. This site was previously given a poor rating by one user . . . on what basis? I could find nothing.
