Is springer.com Safe?

This company provides publishing services, and i would like to say that they are not bad, but definitely not the best. I will put 4 stars out of 5 for the service, as the support system was very slow in answers. I had to wait for several hours or even a day to get a simple question answered. Apart from that everything is okay, publishing the book was successful.
