Is start.facemoods.com Safe?

This site has shown itself in my website logs to be hijacking copyright images, presumably scavenged from legitimate image resources like Google Image Resource. This site hotlinks to copyright images without actually taking visitors to the source sites, so stealing their traffic. That indicates that it is a fully unscrupulous site - a BOGUS search engine - that is liable to load the visitor's computer with malware or / and send the visitor to unsuitable sites, very likely via cloaked links. To be avoided like the plague. Sites like this are also seriously harming the genuine image resource sites, including a major site of mine, which I actually had to close down and reopen under a totally different title and URL, thanks to these disgusting 'image scrapers', which pollute genuine search engine listings. A more detailed look at a search listing page at Facemoods reveals that the thumbnails are all hotlinked to thumbnails held at the Bing search engine - so this bogus search engine is at least primarily a Bing parasite. Its links that display the source image are not direct hot-links but work through the intermediary of dsclicks.infospace.com, which appears to be a malware setup. So, BEWARE, and there is a real need for somebody in WOT to force a full seriously low rating for this site, overriding the 'good' ratings from individuals who have either not yet observed the seriously troublesome aspects of this site or who are dishonestly giving this site positive ratings for unwholesome reasons.
