I bought a device from them and it was DOA, also it had something rattling inside of it (great quality control) and I asked their customer support for help and their response was to ship it to them (the shipping would cost me more than the device did) and IF they found it to be defective – because of something they did (this would not include if it was damaged by the shipping company) -- they would eventually send me a replacement. I just decided to throw the pos away and buy one locally. I would not recommend this terrible company, they do not stand by their products and they make third rate things.

This is a great site. I have used it many times and have bought quite a few of their products, none of which carry spyware or adware. Why lie about a site that does a good job? I would avoid comments by GameWinRAR
