StevenAvery.Org, has, in its past iterations, claimed to be a registered not for profit with the state. The BBB, IRS, and Attorney General all indicate that there is no known registered Not-for-Profit, and the BBB stated that there is no accountability for the money. Carla Chase, official spokesperson for the Avery family, has stated that the site is not associated with the family and believes the site is a scam. I am sorry your good intentions may have been taken advantage of.
