The website is as safe as a website can be. It does not pose any threats to the security of the device used to access the website. It is a legitimate website that uses a survey to obtain insight into medical conditions in an attempt to assist patients with the same condition once its research is completed. This site is trustworthy, not spam, nor malicious in anyway.
